One of our customer's, Mark, shared some photos of a Bimini top he rebuilt using boat pour foam followed by our 1708 Knitted Fabric with resin and white gel coat

The bimini top had a failed core and needed to be redone. It weighed about 400+ lbs. saturated with water! He had to use a forklift to pick it off the top.

The rot had to be completely ground off. Then the top was layered up with semefil and a resin pour for zero voids.

Three applications of expanding boat pour foam was then added and sanded down.

Knitted 1708 fiberglass cloth was added with resin followed up with white gel coat and texture for the walk area.

It turned out amazing!
