For best results, prepare surfaces with sanding followed by cleaning with acetone. Make sure the putty and room temperature is between 70-95°F while working and during curing. Follow up with a wax topcoat such as a waxed resin, waxed gel coat or Air Dry coating. A surface seal or PVA can also be used for a hard, tack-free finish. With negligible shrinkage and no sagging, Structural Polyester Putty ensures a smooth, professional-looking repair that will last.
